Refund & Cancellation Policy
The refund policy is involved in the occasion where the order is not placed correctly or at precise time, we are liable to a refund.
All of us offer the utmost care that this condition shouldn’t happen at all. And we keep extreme watch on every single purchase. We look to give 100% satisfaction to the clients. But, by default in some of the cases the customer accountable to get refund policy:
- If the medicine delivered at the incorrect address due to our mistake.
- If products fail to deliver during particular given period of time Plus one week buffer.
- If in case you got the wrong products (medicine) delivered.
After placing your order you need to cancel it within 24 hours of duration. Once the order processed or dispatched there would be no cancellation.
Note: Customers are requested to give an appropriate shipping detail in timely delivery. Dispatch process occurs within 24 hours after the order placement. Since the products are medicines, they can’t be re-used/ re-stocked and hence any order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
